Can we change the booking cutoff time?

Absolutely. Our default cutoff time for bookings is 30 minutes, however we understand that during a busy service it is difficult to keep track of new bookings coming through (especially if you do not have a reservation system integration). If you want to increase this cutoff time, please contact the team today to get it changed straight away.
