To apply discounts to specific categories in Ordermate, follow these steps:

• Create the Discount Type:
  • Go to Discounts section in OfficeMate
  • Select 'New' to create a new discount

• Set Target Categories (Triggers):
  • Navigate to the Triggers section in OfficeMate
  • Create a new trigger, setting the type to 'Items Ordered'
  • Within the trigger settings, add the specific menu sections or categories (e.g., "Food") that should be discounted
  • Select the discount trigger as 'Any'
• Link Trigger to Discount:
