Does it cost to be on First Table?
It doesn’t cost a venue anything to be a part of First Table. You simply offer 50% off a customer’s food bill for 2-4pax. This discount excludes drinks, which are sold at full price.
Are there contracts or a minimum time I have to be on First Table?
There are no contracts or minimum periods. You can join First table at any time and similarly come off First Table at any time. No contracts, no notice periods and no cancellation fees.
Can you integrate with our reservation system?
First Table is lucky enough to have integrations with several leading reservation systems across the world, for more information on who First Table integrates with click here.
How does First Table generate revenue?
Diners pay a small fee to First Table to secure a table reservation, enabling First Table to charge restaurants absolutely nothing to be on the platform.
Can we be on First Table if we do not have a reservation system?
Absolutely! You simply offer us tables at your desired times and days and we will do everything we can to sell these and nothing more, meaning no surprises! For every reservation you will also get an email booking confirmation.

 

Can we be advised of bookings via text message?

Yes of course - we can send a text or What’s App notification to any amount of numbers of your choice. For every reservation you will also get an email booking confirmation.

Can I choose what days and times our venue offers?

Every venue has their own goals and own needs. You can select however many tables and whatever times work for your venue. Remember the idea of First Table is to fill otherwise empty tables.

Do we have to just offer dinner tables?

Although the majority of our audience visit our website for dinner reservations, venues can also offer breakfast tables, lunch tables and last tables (those later in the evening e.g. 7.30pm onwards).

What happens if we are closed for a private function?

If you have an integration and the date is blocked in your reservation system then this will automatically be reflected in our inventory. Otherwise you can add blockouts for specific days to ensure no bookings are placed on those days.
