Yes of course - we can send a text or What’s App notification to any amount of numbers of your choice. For every reservation you will also get an email booking confirmation.
Can I choose what days and times our venue offers?
Every venue has their own goals and own needs. You can select however many tables and whatever times work for your venue. Remember the idea of First Table is to fill otherwise empty tables.
Do we have to just offer dinner tables?
Although the majority of our audience visit our website for dinner reservations, venues can also offer breakfast tables, lunch tables and last tables (those later in the evening e.g. 7.30pm onwards).
What happens if we are closed for a private function?
If you have an integration and the date is blocked in your reservation system then this will automatically be reflected in our inventory. Otherwise you can add blockouts for specific days to ensure no bookings are placed on those days.
