If for any reason you need to cancel a booking made through the First Table Platform, please contact our Support Team who will be able to contact the diner and offer a booking fee refund. For last minute cancellations, we also recommend contacting the customer directly as a courtesy.
If a diner contacts you to change or cancel their First Table booking please advise them to:
1/ manage their booking through the 'bookings' section on the app
2/ manage their booking through the 'my bookings' section on the desk top
3/ by clicking the link on the confirmation email
