Guests can book more than once at your venue, but not twice in a row. Diners need to book a table elsewhere before they become eligible to book another table with you.
We do have the ability to limit bookings to 1 per account per 1 month, 2 months, 3 months etc. We do not set this up as a default but it is something we can enable for you at any time, please let us know if you would like to add this feature.
We don't have the ability to stop diners from booking more than one table with you as this would just encourage them to create a new First Table account to circumvent the rule. Our hope is that if they choose to visit more than once through our platform that they order different dishes from your menu and bring different friends along with them to enjoy your hospitality with them. Thus getting you more exposure to more diners.
