You will see your statistics, but how do you interpret them?

Total restaurant views, last 30 days - The number of impressions is the total number of times your venue has been seen, either in a list on the city page, direct to your restaurant page or through the app.

Unique people who saw your restaurant, last 30 days - Number of people who have seen your restaurant on First Table, either in a list on the city page, direct to your restaurant page or through the app.

The graph offers a great visual representation for the 30 day history of the flow of traffic.

Number of bookings in the last 30 days - This graph provides a clear overview of your venue’s booking activity over the past 30 days. The data reflects the actual dates tables were booked at your restaurant, rather than when the bookings were made.

New customer proportion - the percentage of guests who have not dined at your venue in the past. The higher this number the better

Public reviews - how many reviews you have received

Boosted reviews (NEW) – the number of diners who have clicked through to your Google page (or chosen review platform) to leave a review.

First booking - date you received your first booking

Launch/relaunch date - date you went live on the First Table platform

Total bookings - total bookings for your life time on the First Table platform

Total diners - total number of diners, First Table has brought to your venue

Average diners per booking - average number of people per booking

Position in your region - Where you are ranked in your region. This is based on a combination of reviews, page views, table availability etc.

Favourited by - When diners are logged in to First Table, they can add your venue to their ‘favourites list’ for quick access and easier booking. The higher your favourite count, the more diners have marked your venue as a preferred choice. As this is a new feature, expect your numbers to grow as more diners begin using it.
