We understand costs increase over public holiday dates and venues can be busier than normal so you have the ability to manage which days you would like to offer First Table, depending on staffing, bookings, opening hours etc. Please remember this will need to be updated more than 7 days prior to the public holiday in question.

Step 1:
Go to: www.firsttable.com/manage
Step 2:
Login to your First Table portal
Step 3:
Select ‘Block Out Dates’ tab
Step 4:
Scroll down until you see Public Holidays, this section allows you to set and forget all public holiday availability for future years. Select from 'available, 'closed' or 'no offer'.
If you scroll to the bottom you can also 'set all'.
Step 5:
Below the public holiday section we also have a list of special dates, here again you can select 'available, 'closed', 'no offer' or set them all at once.
Step 6:
Don't forget to save your changes.
